Set your delivery preferences now.

Follow the simple procedure below for customized, seamless delivery.

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Select Services from the navigation column on the left side of the home screen
  • Click on Statements and Documents
  • Agree to our Terms and Conditions
  • Select your Delivery Preference*
  • To complete your enrollment, click SUBMIT

The default delivery method is paperless/e-statements. To receive a paper statement, please select 'Paper' for each account and document type on the Account Preference Screen (sample shown below).

Please note - for accounts with multiple users, the delivery preference will be set to the last selected method. To edit your preferences at any time, go to Profile Settings.
